Family-run out of Etobicoke, working across the west end and North York since 2016. Most jobs are finished in a single visit — you keep your keys, we hand you the old parts.
03 How a call works
Tell us the year, make, model and what it's doing — the noise, the light, the smell. We'll give you an honest read on whether it's a driveway job or a shop job, and a time window. Most calls are answered by a technician, not a call centre.
Our van carries a full hand-tool set, a professional scan tool, a battery load tester, jacks and stands, and the common parts for your platform. You don't need to be home — plenty of customers leave the keys with a neighbour or meet us on a lunch break.
Nothing is replaced without your go-ahead on the quoted price. When we're done you get the failed parts in a box, a written summary of what we found, and a 12-month warranty on the work. Card, e-transfer or cash on site.
04 Call-out & labour
The diagnostic fee is credited against the repair if you go ahead with us the same visit. If we can't find the fault, you don't pay the call-out. We don't do "we'll see when we get there."
05 Hours
After-hours and holiday call-outs by arrangement — a $60 premium applies after 7 pm and on Sundays. Winter storm days we run a reduced schedule; call before you wait.
06 Where we are
This is our base and parts address — not a walk-in shop, so please call before dropping by. We're a couple of minutes off the 401 at Keele, which is why Wilson, Jane, Weston and Rexdale get the fastest windows.
Regular service area: Etobicoke, North York, York, Weston, Downsview, Rexdale, Humber Bay, Islington, and along the 401 corridor. Mississauga, Vaughan, Scarborough and Brampton by appointment.

08 Straight talk
That's the whole business model. We're not a shop with a lease to cover and a service writer on commission — we're two technicians in a van who'd rather you call us again in three years than sell you a flush you didn't need this month. Bring us the noise, the light, or the thing the last place couldn't find.
